Tara Bisharat


An Earth and Space Architect, Tara is a Licensed OAA Architect with experience in Germany and Canada. Tara’s project experience includes science and research centers, educational campuses, condominiums, and high-rise projects. Tara completed a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Science in Space Architecture. Tara has a passion for designing and engineering habitats for extreme and extraterrestrial environments. Tara's field of study and research is in additive construction, both for Earth and beyond, and her work focuses on systems engineering and mission planning for habitats that can be built In-Situ using local materials and resources.

Tara's Master Thesis was MAERAL, Scalable, Versatile & Intelligent Swarm Robotic Systems for Mars Surface Operations. This research explored the use of swarm robotic systems to construct habitats on Mars, which could greatly reduce the time and cost of building structures on the planet's surface.

Tara is an active member of the Space Architecture Technical Committee at the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), a member of Space Architect.org, and a member of the Canadian Aeronautics and Space Institute (CASI). She is the host of the podcast "From the Outpost," a show that features conversations with experts on subjects related to architecture, science, and space.

Leonardo Guzman


Leonardo Guzman, Leo, is the Founder of Local AR LLC (localar.space), a 3D, XR platform and database that is helping in the digitalization of the real world. The company provides creation of digital twins and technical drawings services for local architecture, design and construction firms. Years of expertise in Augmented Reality R&D has helped him and his team successfully provide 3D modeling, concept, and product development services through Local AR.

He holds a Master of Science in Space Architecture from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano. He also has two semesters of undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering.

Leo has held a variety of roles in his career, including Project Manager in a General Contracting company and as Lead Designer at 3V Company, a industrial design manufacturing company. In addition, he is a published author and conference speaker with multiple presentations in the space industry. He has also participated in several architecture competitions, earning honors in international projects.

Leo has a wide range of skills including Space Architecture project developments for Low-Earth Orbit Space Stations, 3D CAD modeling, manufacturing methodology, user-centered design, and systems engineering. Throughout his career, he has engaged in the creation of architectural illustrations and novel representation methods.

With a strong passion for understanding and solving complex problems at the intersection of arts and sciences, he is fully committed to applying design to the advancement of new technologies. Space Architecture, additive manufacturing, AR/VR, manufacturing methodologies, artificial intelligence and architectural developments are all areas of interest.

Diego Collazos


Diego Collazos is a Filmmaker and Screenwriter, holding a Bachelor's degree in Film Production and Screenwriting from the Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas and a Master's in Film Production from the National Film School in Venezuela. With over 8 years of professional experience as a producer, director, and audiovisual editor, he has written and directed a short film and written a feature film.

Throughout his professional career, Diego has worked as a screenwriter, producer, and editor for commercial clients, music videos, and documentaries in countries such as Spain, France, Mexico, Colombia, the United States, Belgium, and Venezuela. He has also worked for NGOs such as UNICEF and Funvape, developing and directing an animated educational series in sign language.

Currently, Diego works in the production department for Nexo Latino, a TV show of interviews on Houston Television at The City Hall of Houston. He also serves as an editor and animator for Yes I Can, a children's t TV show set to premiere on PBS.

Diego's passion lies in finding narrative elements within common things and building a story that emotionally impacts people through narrative development and visual beauty.

Marta Rossi


Marta Rossi is a PhD student in Architecture, History, and Project at Politecnico di Torino, specializing in space architecture. Her research focuses on innovative approaches and considerations within this disciplinary field. Marta earned her Master's degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Politecnico di Milano in 2021, where she completed a thesis on a space architecture project for a human habitat on Mars, utilizing computational design tools.

Post-graduation, Marta began working at an architecture office in Milan and concurrently served as a Teaching Assistant for the course 'Architecture for Human Space Exploration' at Politecnico di Milano under Professor Valentina Sumini.

She is interested in expanding her knowledge and exploring emerging technological architectural tools and techniques, such as computational design, 3D printing, and artificial intelligence.

Alireza Behbin


Alireza Behbin is a licensed architect and visual designer. He is the founder of BehBin Architecture Studio based in Milan, Italy. He began his professional journey studying Historical Building Conservation in Iran. After receiving his bachelor degree, he entered into building construction and participated in several high-rise building projects in Tehran. Alireza took a big leap from architecture to computer science and started learning computer programming while working closely with engineers on different software projects and UI design development. He took advantage of his skills in architecture and paved his way into product design. He spent several years problem solving, designing applications and making prototypes for various devices.

Alireza continued his studies in Italy by joining the Architectural Design Master’s program at the University of Politecnico di Milano. After graduating, he registered to the Order of Architects in Milan. Alireza founded BehBin Architecture Studio and started collaborating with architecture and design firms in Italy and worldwide.

BehBin Architecture Studio is mainly focused on architecture, 3D modeling and visualization. The studio provides architectural design, BIM architecture solutions, realistic image production, product and furniture design, and 3D animations.

Alireza with over 12 years of adventure and experience is profoundly passionate about design and architecture. He pursues his approach in amplifying quality and well-being, by growth of knowledge and awareness.

Sebastian Rodriguez


Sebastian is an Argentinian architectural designer. His pursuit is to design in complex future scenarios, pushing the profession to the limit. His inspiration is science, space and aerospace engineering.

He has been working in his studio The Scenit Project for more than 12 years. Together with his team they carry out a work method defined as Design by Rendering, where the creation of architectural spaces is always executed immersed in the environment.

Sebastian has given several conferences on this method at the Universidad Nacional Tucumán. He has also been an instructor of courses in this method for 5 years. Sebastian has been part of The Sustainable Off-world Network where, as part of the design team, he has worked with scientists and academics on the development of habitats outside of Earth, especially on Mars.

Today Sebastian seeks challenges that include new technologies from the design process to construction.

Gonzalo Rojas


Gonzalo is an Argentinian architectural designer.

Constantly at the forefront of understanding new technologies, his main goal is to be able to apply these techniques in architecture projects during the design representation and visualization phases. 

Gonzalo is the co-founder of architecture studio The Scenit Project, that for more than 12 years has applied novel 3D visualization methodologies to their projects. 

He has worked as an architectural designer in multiple international projects and is a member of The Sustainable Off-world Network. In the Network he provides design support to distinguished academics and researchers in their Space Habitat proposals.

Maria Pia Petroni


Maria Pia Petroni is an Argentinian painter and illustrator who specializes in storytelling and editorial illustration. She has worked as a designer as well, for popular brands and in private collections.

Pia believes in telling stories that move people and making some glorious, amazing mistakes in the way, which is, according to Neil Gaiman, the only way forward.
